Empowering young people with autism and complex needs.

We are a social enterprise based in Hertfordshire, giving work experience to young adults who have autism, complex needs and disabilities.

Our Mission

Our aim is to empower our young adults by providing them with a purposeful activity. As a direct result of this activity we aim to increase their interactions with the community and consequently improve their quality of life.

We will promote and sell products made by one of your young people, or carefully curate locally produced products for our team to package and ship.

We hope to debunk commonly held myths surrounding autism and increase the understanding about the complexities of autism and other disabilities.

We want to show what can be achieved when people who have autism and complex needs are given the opportunity.

Our young people.

It all started with Zach and over time, our team expanded to include several other young people from our community.

You can find out more about how we support them here.

Please do get intouch if you know a young adult, that would benefit from this work experience or if you have any queries about how we support them.
